Warehouse Team Member

Location: Clermont, FL -- Full-Time, On-Site

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

Pay: $18/hour + Performance Incentives.

Peak Industrial Group is looking for a dependable, motivated Warehouse Team Member to join our growing team in Clermont, Florida.

This is a hands-on position supporting daily warehouse operations, including preparing customer orders, receiving inventory, maintaining accurate stock, and keeping the warehouse organized and safe. Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but it is not required. We are willing to train the right person, including forklift training and certification.

We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude, works well with others, takes ownership of their responsibilities, pays attention to detail, and is eager to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, check, pack, wrap, label, and ship customer orders
• Prepare orders for customer pickup and assist customers as needed
• Receive, inspect, label, and store incoming inventory
• Complete inventory checks and cycle counts
• Report inventory discrepancies, shortages, or damaged products
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and proper lifting practices
• Communicate and work effectively with supervisors and team members
• Use basic computer programs, including Outlook, to receive orders and communicate shipment information

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Warehouse experience is preferred but not required
• Willingness to learn and operate a forklift; training and certification are available
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, and performing physical warehouse work throughout the day
• Able to work in a hot/humid outdoor warehouse environment
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without requiring current or future sponsorship

Working Environment

This position works primarily in an outdoor warehouse that is not air-conditioned, although fans provide air circulation. Employees will have on-site access to an air-conditioned office and breakroom.

Required: Steel-toe shoes or boots.
